LVMH and the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) have collaborated on a video series titled "Voices of Impact," focusing on sustainability in fashion and luxury. The series will premiere on Tuesday during Earth Week and will be available on LVMH and CFDA digital channels, aiming to inspire positive action by featuring leaders from the fashion and luxury industries.

 

Advancing Sustainability in Fashion and Luxury

The series exemplifies LVMH’s ongoing dedication to elevating environmental standards within the fashion and luxury sector. Aligned with the Group’s Life 360 program, which outlines sustainable development goals for all LVMH Maisons by 2023, 2026, and 2030, the series delves into critical topics such as biodiversity, social and environmental innovation, circularity, regeneration, purpose-driven values and design, and climate action. Each session will feature insights from change-makers including ESG stewards, brand executives, independent founders, design practitioners, social innovators, and educators.

Hélène Valade, LVMH's Director of Environmental Development, expressed pride in the partnership with CFDA, emphasizing the importance of amplifying discussions on sustainability within the fashion and luxury sector. Valade underscored LVMH's belief that environmental performance serves as a catalyst for innovation, creativity, and excellence, asserting its integral role in all aspects of design and manufacturing.
